Straight off the press from Ragtrader - ZARA is set to open in SYDNEY Westfield Shopping Centre on the 20th of April.....Oh wow maybe some gorgeous Man will fall in love with me (and I with him :) and fly me up for a birthday shopping spree! One can only hope!!
ZARA Sydney will cover 1400sq mtrs and 3 floors. With a complete range for Women, Men and Kids designed for the Southern Hemisphere. With fortnightly drops of new stock. Awesome!
Garance Dore blogged about this fab White Suit (below) that Zara has in NYC stores at the moment - no (unfortunately) we can't get it over the internet in Aus but I am sure we'll get it later in the season. I love a Chic white suit - especially in this weather. My best friend said that it was the best outfit Ive ever worn - a Gorgeous White Suit to Derby Day one year - with a beautiful hat and gorgeous HIGH Heels.
The Jacket/Blazer - make sure your Jacket fits you perfectly if you are paying good money, ensure there is no puckering throughout the seams and the sleeve length sits at the base of your thumb. Lining is preferable - especially in a well made / expensive jacket. Make sure you try the jacket on with all buttons done up and then hug yourself. If you can't hug yourself then this is either the wrong size or wrong fit for you. Don't settle for second best.
Wide Leg Pants - There has been a bit of press about these and I need to let you know they are the most flattering piece of clothing with a great Blazer/Jacket - but also with a loose knit or silk blouse etc. I Love the whole Suit in Linen - yeah, everything old is new again! it drapes perfectly. Or a cool wool - beautiful. Even a Wool/silk/ linen mix would be great - the thing is - GET a beautiful Drape going and you're fine..

.............wear it out at night with a slip of nothing underneath and totally sexy or to a cool lunch with friends with a cool rocking tee or tank underneath or I love it with a beautiful blouse for work or lunch with a princess.
