Wow.... sorry so long, I've been a bit busy - all good.
I hate to be negative but what the HELL is happening in Chapel St? There are so many vacant shopfronts - it's dreadful. I truly believe we are now feeling the GFC at ground level. Don't get me wrong the retailers that are there are doing a FANTASTIC job but....
Everything seemed to be going along so well, then you see as many as 10 + shops close over 6 months - something must be up?
I'll be back with much better news soon but I don't want to pretend things are great when they are not. You tell me???
